How much do your services cost?
$145 for a 50-minute psychotherapy session.
$215 for an 80-minute psychotherapy session.
Free 15 minute consultations.

Are these services covered by insurance?
Insurance is usually provided through your employer. Services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) typically covered through insurance, although we recommend to double check through your insurance provider if services are covered.
Supervisors information will be provided on the receipt.

What is the cancellation policy?
Sometimes life happens and we cannot make an appointment, that is ok, however it can create. Appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance of your appointment time will not incur any charges.
Late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur half the regular session fee, while cancellation within 2 hours or no show’s will incur the entire session fee.

If you decide to move forward with a session you can use the same (booking link) to book a 50-minute or 80-minute session
Once you schedule a consent and intake form will be sent to you before the first session to fill out. If it has not been filled out the therapist will take 5-10 minutes to complete this with you at the start of the session. A credit card will also need to be put on file, but will not be charged until the first session is finished.
Why do we need a credit card on file?
Having a credit card on file is a policy of the clinic before a session can occur, as it holds the spot of the session for you. However the credit card will never be charged before a session, the payment will only be processed after a session and a receipt will be sent directly to your email.
What payment methods do you use?
Janeapp will ask for different forms of payment when you create an account, most credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and UnionPay are accepted.
